Supports up to 9 stations with three distinct testing modes:
Air Test Module: Completes testing under air conditions using an open structure. After testing, the product moves to the next station along with the socket, employing a synchronized motion of the product and socket to effectively enhance the precision and work efficiency of optical sensing detection.
Gray Card Test Module: Accomplishes testing under light-blocking conditions by arranging gray cards. It can be equipped with a human-machine interface to automatically adjust the height of the gray cards, adapting to diverse testing requirements and ensuring high-standard quality in optical sensing detection.
Light Source Test Module: Conducts product testing in a light source environment by installing a light tube. The brightness can be adjusted through the device, ensuring the accuracy of IC detection and significantly reducing power consumption.
Each module can be switched and freely combined by adding corresponding parts, meeting the demands of various testing environments.
